Tamara Nugteren, owner
Tamara has been a resident and homeowner in St. Louis Park, MN for more than 25 years with her husband Tony, two grown children and their dog, Bandit. She loves adventure, meeting new people and volunteering in the community. Tamara has a degree in advertising and marketing but now prefers not to spend too much time sitting at a desk. She started Snowy Owl Home Watch in 2022 after seeing the great need of care for unoccupied homes here in Minnesota. During the spring and summer weekends you'll find her helping clients navigate Minnehaha Creek with her other company, Kayak The Creek. She also loves pickleball and plays year round. Beverly Vignes, associate
Beverly Vignes is a resident and homeowner in St Louis Park, MN for 30 years with her husband, Rich. She has two grown children and a yellow lab. They recently finished renovating and selling a second home in Buffalo MN and now own a vacation rental home in the Caribbean. While her undergraduate degree is in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Beverly spent her career in the medical device and healthcare industries. She worked in business analysis, project management, program management for software development and implementation initiatives as well as customer support operations. Today she enjoys traveling, snorkeling, walking, reading, sewing, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kerry Siekmann, associate
Kerry has lived and owned a home in the Twin Cities area for more than 30 years. He and his wife Jody live in St. Louis Park and have two grown children and four grandchildren. Kerry grew up on a farm in South Dakota and has a degree in Agricultural Business. He worked for the United States Department of Agriculture for over 34 years as a data analyst before
retiring. Kerry enjoys reading, great food, volunteering, working on the occasional home improvement project, and spending time with family and friends at their place on Lake Superior.
Kim Curran-Moore, associate
Kim has lived and owned a home in the Twin Cities for 18 years. She lives in St Louis Park with her family.
When Kim is not busy with Snowy Owl Home Watch you can find her teaching fitness classes and working one-on-one with her personal training clients. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family, biking, helping people, music and sports.

We'll take care of shoveling the front steps or work with your snow removal company and report back to you.  DAMAGED WINDOWS?Windows, ceilings and floors are checked for damage and moisture. We keep an eye on your humidity levels, look for ice dams and watch for leaks. We double check locks and contents of garages and sheds. |  MONITOR PROJECTSWe can key-in contractors, schedule & monitor projects in your absence, and/or arrange for repairs. |  CHECK APPLIANCESPower outages and age both cause havoc with appliances. At each visit all major appliances are checked for function and when something goes wrong, we’ll be there to get it fixed. Furnace, AC, refrigerators, wine coolers, thermostats, security system components and even bike batteries. |
